We will not share or disclose any confidential client information without written consent, unless required by law. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any proprietary methods or practices of Auron Digital.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

On termination, all unpaid fees are immediately due and payable.
